Domenic Marchetti

Domenic Marchetti is a manufacturing professional that is goal driven with a strong history reducing production costs utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Some of my core beliefs in managing include finding root causes to problems, strong communication throughout the company, and quality assurance programs with strong reporting to locate potential problem areas.  As a Production Engineer with over 3 years experience managing projects within the Point Of Purchase display industry, I am looking for the right opportunity to take my management experience into a full-time role within the manufacturing industry.  My management experience includes project management, production scheduling, and team management. I have utilized several different management tools to accomplish project goals in a timely manner.I have a solid understanding of working with many machine processes including plastic extrusion, vacuum forming, laser cutting, metal forming, and powder-coating. Having been exposed to these various processes has given me a unique insight to finding creative ways to solving a problem. In addition to the work experience I have gained over the years, I am currently taking both online courses focused on Business Administration and working towards my Associate Degree in Business Management. I prefer to stay expanding my knowledge to keep my career moving forward, rather than being content in a position.
